Job Description

Salary: $16/Hour

HR STAFF (WP KNOWLEDGE) | $16 PER HOUR | IMMEDIATE - 6 MONTHS | FARRER PARK

Duration: 6 Months Contract


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm


Working Location: Farrer Park


Responsibilities:


Manage work permit application from start to end (until received WP card)

Submit work permit application

Do isubmission with supporting documents

Track approval

Do security bond once approval

Prepare documents for staff medical

With medical report, do work permit issuance

Make MOM appointment (prepare docs for MOM appointment)

Record WP card details when received (photocopy and record in book)

Submit invoices in finance system

Support bursary applications (check NRIC against application, add total family income, call students if required) and disbursement

Requirements:


Must have relevant experience in work permit applications

Incumbent is fully committed for the entirety of the assignment
