Position: HR Admin Assistant/Executive - Recruitment process/ Labor Laws
Location: Shenton Way (Nearby MRT)
Working hours: 5 days work week, 9.00am to 6.00pm - 2 DAYS WFH
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4000 + AWS + Up to 3 months Performance Bonus + 14 to 20 Days of Annual leave + Flexible benefits (besides medical, insurance) optical, gym, health screening and dental

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Provide support to managers and employees in performance-related matters.
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Hands on for Employment and dependent pass application, transfer, cancellation etc.
Require to assist in monthly payroll and CPF contributions etc.
Organize team-building activities and events.
Ad-hoc Admin duties.
Requirements:
Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Strong knowledge of MOM’s, CPF labor laws and regulations.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
