Telesales/ Telemarketing Consultant (Simple Role/ Cold Calling /Telemarketer)
Location : Bencoolen Street
Working hours : 5 days a week Monday -Friday, 9.30am- 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross Salary $3500 (Basic $2800 + Commission) + AWS
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
Main Responsibilities:
To do cold calling and sales pitch to client
Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
Coordination with the team to ensure seamless customers' handover and follow up
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging new people on a daily basis.
Experience in B2B sales / telemarketing / cold calling/customer relationship skills.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
