Position: Sales Manager (Water Heater/HVAC)
Location: Paya Lebar (walking distance from Macpherson MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 day work week
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + Profit-Based Commission + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Promote our premium products to architects, M&E consultants, facility managers, and IDs
Develop strong sales relationships in landed homes and luxury condo renovation projects
Identify and pursue replacement opportunities in hotels, F&B outlets, and institutions
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Requirements:
At least 3 years of sales experience in building services, HVAC, or water heating solutions
Possess strong communication and consultative selling skills
Independent, motivated, and driven to meet targets
