Our client is an US based company that provide supply chain solutions and hardware for clients. They are looking for a sales support to join their team. You will be assisting with the order processing tasks, supporting sales team and following up with customers.
The Job:
Doing order processing and ensure prompt shipments
Maintain relationship through follow up, responding to customers inquiries and resolving problems
Creating delivery orders and invoices for delivery to customers
Preparing packing list
The Talent:
Strong analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills and open to learn
Order processing experience
Open to candidates without experience with analytical background
