About the Role:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating limousine driver operations. This role requires commitment to a shift schedule, working from the office 5 days a week, including weekends, and the ability to work independently when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Manage a group of limousine drivers, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.
Ensure all job postings are accurately and promptly communicated to drivers.
Monitor and ensure drivers are punctual and prepared for their assigned jobs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth coordination and execution of bookings.
Managing external stakeholders
Shift Timings: 7am - 4pm / 10am - 7pm / 2pm -11pm / 3pm - 12am
The Talent
Must be able to work in the office, including weekends, and occasionally work alone during shifts.
Skilled in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for operational tasks and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer service / frontline service experience would be an asset
