The Job:Billing Officer (Freight Forwarding) - Tuas
Prepare, verify, and issue invoices accurately based on job files and agreed service terms.
Liaise with operations and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy.
Work closely with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle customer billing queries, credit notes, and payment-related matters.
Support month-end closing activities, including billing and revenue recognition processes.
The Talent:
Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.1-2 years of billing experience, preferably within freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong attention to detail with good invoice validation and data entry accuracy.
Familiar with billing processes, documentation, and freight forwarding operations.
Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with SAP or CargoWise is an advantage (not mandatory).
