Position : Inside Sales Executive (Sales Executive (Building Materials / Warm Leads))
Location : Boon Lay Way (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic salary up to $3,500 per month + attractive commission, with estimated gross monthly earnings of $4,500 or more depending on sales performance + AWS + variable bonus + annual leave + medical benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Follow up on warm leads and promote the company’s construction and building-material products to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and assigned accounts.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams on orders, inventory, deliveries and customer requirements.
Monitor order status and support timely order fulfilment.
Attend customer meetings and site visits when required; company transport will be provided.
Handle customer feedback, complaints and claims professionally.
Prepare sales reports and provide other sales support when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
Candidates with sales, customer service or electronics industry experience will be an advantage
Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, as company transport will be provided for customer visits.
