Position : Sales Manager (Electronic Components/Semiconductor)
Location : Macpherson
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations.
Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment.
Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates.
Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters.
Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with strong relevant industry experience may also be considered.
At least five years of B2B sales or account-management experience in semiconductors, electronic components, electronics manufacturing services, or related technical-product distribution.
Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating an overseas sales or customer-support team is advantageous.
Willing to travel overseas when required.
