JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Assist in managing HR systems and monthly payroll activities
Assist in Work Pass application, ie; WP, S Pass, EP
Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement
To maintain HR personnel related documentations including staffing, recruitment
Update candidate the interview outcome and recruitment process.
Orientation for new employees & policies procedure.
To conduct On-board and Exit process
Provide weekly report on hiring status and updated manpower updates
Provide administration support as assigned by Office Manager on a day to day basis.
Data Entry and other administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS :-
Minimum GCE 'O' Level or diploma in HR
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Good Analytic skills
Proficient in MS. Excel, MS Words, Powerpoint
Good Knowledge of Employment Act will be an advantage
Positive attitude
Proactive, resourceful
Able to start ASAP/Immediately ***
