Well established award-winning F&B company located in Senoko Way (Sembawang) seeking HR Asst/Executive
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, resumes screening and talents selection
• Coordinate interviews between hiring managers & candidates
• Follow up on interview process status
• Assist to prepare Letter of Employment, Off Boarding & HR related documents
• Use Govt portal to check for candidate’s eligibility for Employment Pass or S Pass application and renewal of passes for existing foreign staff
• Submit maternity claim and childcare leave claim in Govt portal
• Update and maintain employees' details and personnel files both via hard copy and in HR system
• Check OT records, staff leaves' application and attendance in HR system
• Booking of hotel and flight for Management and staff on business trip
• Printing and issuance of staff card
• Attend to Management & staff enquiries re. annual leaves and benefits related matters
• Provide support in day-to-day HR & Admin functions
• Any other HR / Admin duties that may be assigned as and when required
Requirements:
• Minimum 'A' Level / Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Ms Words and Ms Excel
• Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
