HR Assistant/Officer (Entry level, office hours)


Job Description

Support the HR team in the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.


Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and payroll-related information with a high level of confidentiality.


Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, data entry, and document organisation.


Prepare and generate routine HR and payroll reports for internal use.


Assist with ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as required to support the department’s operations.



Requirements:


Min Diploma in Human resource/Business management, or any related discipline


Able to start work within a short notice
