The Opportunity HR Executive (Up to 4000, West, 6months)

Opportunity to work with German MNC within the logistics industry

Location: West (Joo Koon)

Contract: 6 months contract

Salary: up to SGD 4000 (subjected to experience)

The Talent

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations?focused HR roles.

Strong working knowledge of HR compliance and Singapore statutory requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem?solving.

The Job

Ensure high standards of data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and support audits where necessary.

Manage the end?to?end process of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Coordinate mobility arrangements for employees and trainees to ensure seamless onboarding into Singapore.

Assist with talent sourcing activities including initial CV screening.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with required HR procedures.

Contribute to creating a positive employee experience across all lifecycle touchpoints.

Respond to employee queries with professionalism and clarity.

Handle workplace matters and sensitive conversations with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality.

Manage sensitive HR data responsibly and uphold the highest standards of ethics and data protection.

Support HR project deliverables, including data migration to HRIS and payroll systems.

Ensure timely updates, accurate reporting, and efficient tracking of project milestones.
