Job Description

Salary: Up to $3500

Duration: 1 months contract- renewable

Job Description:

Mails and General Correspondences

• Responding to emails and follow up when necessary

Meeting Management

• Booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is set up before commencement of meeting

• Sending out multiple calendars invite to respective parties

Flight & Hotel Arrangement

• Booking of multiple complicated Hotel and Air Tickets in accordance with Client’s travel policy

• Submitting travel approval & meeting agenda

Events Management

• Booking of event venue

• Handling logistics for external meetings

• Handling large scale organization of events alone (for clients, from scratch, from sourcing of door gift, venue to execution of the event)

Call Management

• Handling all telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner

Others

• Administering Expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines

• Back up for reception duties during Receptionist lunch time and toilet breaks

• Sending of corporate gifts and greeting cards during festive occasions

• Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 6 stakeholders.

• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time

Job Requirement

Diploma in any discipline

At least 2--3years of relevant experience

FI/Banking background experience will be advantage

Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders
