Procurement Admin Needed in Singapore


Job Description

Responsibilities :- 

-Assist in building relationships with organizational network and external vendors for procurement.

-Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

-Maintain updated records of invoices and purchase orders.

-Liaise with Logistic companies to ensure all products arrive in good conditions.

-Support procurement activities based on product specifications and customer needs.

-Support in the accurate and timely closing of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.

-Support in daily processing of orders/invoices/purchases; Prepare invoices and monitor Accounts Payable

-Prepare monthly payment to suppliers.

Requirements :- 

-No experience required

-Proficient in Microsoft office
