Job Description

Sales Admin Assistant

- Permanent role

- Work location: Central

- Work hours: office hours, Monday-Friday

- Consumer goods industry

- Salary: $2000 - $2200 / month

Job scope:

- Processing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, updating of database and preparing reports

-Submitting invoice filling to retailers for payment

- Support in customer enquiries regarding invoice or billing matters

- Providing admin and coordination support to sales department

- Creating and maintaining product information in SAP

- Coordinating with 3PL on delivery arrangements

- Handling inventory, shipment and product labelling related matters

Requirements:

- 2 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry

- Strong English written and oral communication skills

- Able to adapt well in fast paced environments
