CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
• Experienced in Customer Service
• Able to speak, understand and write in English
• Able to liaise with Mandarin & English speaking customers
• Able to answer basic Technical enquiries posted by customer about TV, Fridge and Washer
• Knows the Singapore Map well as need to schedule routes for Technicians to attend for appointments
• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Words and Excel for Data entries.
