Responsibilities:-
Distribution of promotion catalogues to overseas customers via emails
Follow up & attending to customers sales enquiries and complaints
Arrangement of export shipment with cargo agent
Generate & process export invoice documents
Requirements:
Minimum N/O Level
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience
