Responsibilities:

Support recruitment process (eg: room bookings, calling of candidates for interview arrangements and document verifications)

Provide technical support to the recruitment team for offsite / outreach recruitment events as and when necessary.

Assist with recruitment collaterals.

Assist with new work permit applications and renewals.

Manage internal and external mails.

Data entry and administrative

Requirements:

O level / Nitec and above

Experienced in providing office administrative support.

Meticulous and pleasant personality.

Good verbal and written communication skills.
