Sales Admin Assistant

- Salary: $2000 - $2200 / month + allowances
Job Scope :-
- Processing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, updating of database and preparing reports
-Submitting invoice filling to retailers for payment
- Support in customer enquiries regarding invoice or billing matters
- Coordinating with 3PL on delivery arrangements
- Handling inventory, shipment and product labelling related matters
Requirements :-
- 2 years customer service experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong English written and oral communication skills
- Able to adapt well in fast paced environments
