Position: Sales Account Manager
Location: Jln Kilang
Working Day : Monday - Friday
Working Timing : 9am-6pm ( Flexi)
Salary : $6,000 - $8,000

Role & Responsibilities :-

Managing account and expanding relationships for long term success.
Establishing & maintaining good client relationships
Collaborating with delivery team to fulfil client requirements.
Guiding and aligning the delivery team to meet client requirements and service quality
Managing the resources end to end in the delivery lifecycle
Tracking and achieving account targets
Market intelligence gathering and reporting
Track, maintain & report regular account progress & transactions

Requirements

Graduate or above in any discipline
Proven minimum experience of 5-8 years in sales and account management in IT Services
Knowledge in IT industry and recent trends in the respective country
Knowledge in CRM software and MS Office
