Position: Sales Account Manager
Location: Jln Kilang
Working Day : Monday - Friday
Working Timing : 9am-6pm ( Flexi)
Salary : $6,000 - $8,000

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Managing account and expanding relationships for long term success.
• Establishing & maintaining good client relationships
• Collaborating with delivery team to fulfil client requirements.
• Guiding and aligning the delivery team to meet client requirements and service quality
• Managing the resources end to end in the delivery lifecycle
• Tracking and achieving account targets
• Market intelligence gathering and reporting
• Track, maintain & report regular account progress & transactions

Requirements

• Graduate or above in any discipline
• Proven minimum experience of 5-8 years in sales and account management in IT Services
• Knowledge in IT industry and recent trends in the respective country
• Knowledge in CRM software and MS Office
