Roles & Responsibilities :-

~ Handles the technical aspects of patch deployment and system updates.

~ Ensures that patches are tested, scheduled, and deployed with minimal disruption to system availability.

~ Responsible for testing patches in a controlled environment before deploying them to production systems.

~ Verify that patches do not introduce new issues or conflicts.

~ Regular scanning and analysis.

~ Scheduled and controlled patch deployment.

~ Perform risk-based prioritization.

~ Rigorous testing in a controlled environment.

~ Collaborate with customer’s IT team for user acceptance testing.

~ Emergency response for critical vulnerabilities.

~ Understand the customer’s infrastructure and become familiar with the infrastructure environment and support processes and procedures to ensure supporting with proper SLAs.

~ Troubleshoot production issues to fix any user related issues and work with principal vendors and customer to provide the resolution within the proposed timelines.
