Require languages - This role is expected to communicate & write in English / Chinese are essentials
· Prepare quotation, job sheet, invoice & checklist for customer
· Answering incoming calls
· Provide administrative support to sales team
· Handling and manage of email
· To monitor and follow up project-related submission
· To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records
· Ensure proper documents of all records
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
· Minimum “O” level or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Minimum Two years of related working experience
Basic $2,300 - $2,700 (depends on experience)
