Responsibilities:
Represent the company in professional manner and maintaining of a positive attitude.
Identifying and solving customers' needs by providing accurate information and advices.
Handle complaints and providing of solutions.
Coordinate within internal/external stakeholders such as customers, contractors, workshops.
Preparing of quotation and raising of work orders.
Raising of job orders to workshops and contractors.
Liaise with controllers/contractors on service/repair quality and price of work.
Updating of schedule/collection appointment.
Following up and providing of feedbacks.
Performing of investigation into customers' complaints and rectify the problems.
Escalating to supervisors.
Ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Experience in customer-front facing and dealing of enquiries/complaints.
Able to work on a 5.5 days work weeks.
