Location: Ubi Avenue
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri - 9am to 6pm)
Basic up to S$ 2.8K
Responsibilities:
Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
Continuously communicate with the Production and Customer Service teams to achieve Customer delivery dates
Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinate inventory transfers with related departments
Maintain warehouse and consignment inventory using cycle count program
Maintain inventory and supplies by making requisitions, receiving, storing, and securing the warehouse
Maintain shipping, receiving documentation, track, report unfilled orders and invoicing
Prepare monthly reports for management
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing and Customer Service to optimize processes for productivity, quality, safety, and customer-service standards; resolve problems and ensure accuracy
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably possess SPM / NITEC relevant education
At least 2 years of relevant logistics or shipping experiences
Mandarin speakers would be highly preferred due to nature of work requires liaising with Chinese counterparts
