????Job Description????:
- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
- Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
- Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary,
premium paid, beneficiary information.
?Requirements?:
- Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and conversational English. Mother Tongue will be advantageous to support and communicate with non-English speaking customers.
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition.
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
- High level of integrity, accountability, possess a good attitude and is able to be both an independent and team player.
