Job Description

Position: Project Admin/Coordinator (INVOICE/PO)

Location: East (Ubi)

Working hours: 5 days, Mon- Fri (8.30am to 6.0pm)

Salary: Up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Annual leave

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Systems Integration (Professional lighting, rigging, staging and automation)

Main Responsibilities:


Prepare POs to suppliers

Prepare invoices and deliver orders for the Customers

Monitor payments from the Customers

Arrange shipment, prepare PI, CI and packing lists for the Customers

Coordinate delivery of goods to the job site (for local projects only)

Monitor project progress billing and update Work-In-Progress report accordingly.

Monitor stocks status and movement.

Coordinate signed BCA forms from the Customers and renew with BCA when needed

Filling of all project related documentations

Assist in answering incoming phone calls

Other project coordinator task from time-to-time

Requirements:


Min ITE/NITEC in Accounts or related field

Candidate with 1-2 years’ experience is preferred

Immediate starter preferred

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
