Sales Executive (Freight/Forwarding) – Up to $5,500 – Temasek Avenue
Location : Temasek Avenue
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.45 AM to 6.00 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,500 + Mobile Claims + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Allowance (No Cap) + Dental (up to $300 per year) + Gym ($150 per month)

Responsibilities:
Management of MLO / NVOCC account – complete responsibility for all assigned
MLO/NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/Rate Negotiation/Closing spot Ad hoc rates
Making sure dead freight contracts are running well and in case of any assistance ensure regular calls are done to the concerned client for DF arrangement.
Ensure and achieve the sales target set for various trade/service corridors. Oversee agency performance.
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
Identify customers needs, opportunities and key buying factors to provide tailor made solutions.
Attend to customers’ queries on product and service on daily basis.
Source and develop client referrals.
Work closely with cross functions and relay important information
Monitor competition, market conditions and product development through close dialogue/engagement with agents/customers, to consider the appropriate actions.
Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain a customer database with sales activity record.
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales in any industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
