Admin Assistant - Sales support/Shipping/LC
Location: Ang Mo Kio MRT (9 stops away)
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2700 + AWS + 12 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Attending to walk-in customers and phone calls
Support the sales team on Sales & Marketing activities
Prepare sales quotation and responsible for order processing
Plan shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery to the customer
Packing of shipments and preparing shipping documents
Manage and Handling of LC documents for submission
Liaise with freight forwarder on shipments
Collaborate closely with sales and technical team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
Update sales forecast and prepare monthly sales reporting on pending orders at end of the month
Update sales database and library
Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
Requirements:
Full training provided
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and QuickBook
Need to be able to carry items up to 10 to 12 kg
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
