Inside Sales Executive (Customer Service/Quotation) 

Location : Outram

Working hours : 5 days work week;(8.30am - 6.00pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 +  AWS + Overtime + Performance Bonus + $60 Mobile reimbursement + Birthday leave + Health insurance

Main Responsibilities:

Respond and generate quotation in response to existing customers

Response to inquiries and provide solutions to customer needs

Recommend customers for upgrades and maintenance contracts

Attend surveys to determine more complex needs

Design and proposal of basic to mid-level complexity solutions.

Prepare necessary checks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation

Process signed quotations or purchase orders received from customers

Work with procurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification

1-2 years of experience in security system would be an advantage.

Candidate without prior sales experience is welcome if he/she has security technology knowledge as FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED 

Familiar with ERP / CRM system (i.e. Salesforce, NetSuite) and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willing to travel to customer site whenever needed

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
