Responsibilities:
???? Handling daily export shipments from quoting, invoicing
???? Attending phone calls from customers
????Liaise closely with the customer service on the actual cargo volume requirement
???? Communicating with all external and internal partners as well as customers to ensure smooth transport arrangement
???? Confirmation of shipping documents, Bill of Lading with overseas agent
???? Managing and coordinating Sea Export shipments
