Roles and responsibilities
Operations
Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
Assist in manpower planning
Maintain high level of customer service standards
Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline
Staff Management
Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all company operations
Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the company
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of sales experience or customer service experience
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6 days workweek)
WILL NEED TO ROTATE TO DIFFERENT OUTLETS
Location : ISLANDWIDE (dependent on which outlet they are rostered to)
Salary Range : $2175 - $3300/month basic with performance bonus (variable bonus)
Working Hour : 5-6 days (rostered including weekend, retail hours as early as 9:30am to as late as 10pm, rostered for 44 hours in a week)
