Sales Admin Support Executive (Coordinate/ Purchase Orders / invoices/ Admin)
Location: Joo Chiat Road (EAST)
Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,700 + Performance Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and purchases.
Verify shipment detail upon receipt and before delivery.
Coordinate, monitor and follow-up with internal department/forwarders/carrier on
document issuance, incoming / outgoing shipment and payment arrangement.
Complete documentation for new customer/vendor registration.
Monitor and follow up on account receivables/payable and inbound/outbound deliveries.
Monitor and report on inventory levels. Stock take.
Control correspondence, design filing systems.
Sourcing & Purchasing & Maintaining of Office Supplies
Coordinating meetings and appointments and performing clerical tasks
May be required to shuffle job scope as below:
- Booking of Transport and Accommodation
- Human Resource Administrative
- Return Material Authorization Administrative
- Arranging or coordinate for office maintenance services (eg. Air conditioner, printer,
pantries appliances and laptop etc.)
Any other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
At least NITEC certification and above.
Good in Microsoft Office and Windows.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
