Customer Service Officer (Coordinating/ Invoice billings / Quotation)
Location : Tai Seng Ave / Cantonment
Working hours : 5 days a week Monday to Friday. 830am to 530pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3700 + Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days annual leave
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Supplier of engineering consulting and manufacturing technology for the packaging, corrugating, sheeting and paper-converting industries.
Main Responsibilities:
Direct telephone contact or email with international and domestic customers:
Give pricing and delivery
Enter order via ERP systems
Follow up and expedite orders/ shipments
Promote sale of service parts.
Process all domestic/international credits and follow up on outstanding non-receivable parts.
Process and coordinate all repair orders with customers and work closely with our U.S head office.
Process all invoice billings for parts department.
Process replenishments for the off-site warehouse
Process all incoming domestic and international email for price quotes.
Enter customer orders into ERP systems.
Other duties assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor or Service Parts Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service industry
Minimum O-Level, Diploma in any field or its equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
