Position : Service Engineer - Up to $4,700 - Changi Business Park
Location : Changi Business Park
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,700 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental benefits + Insurance

Responsibilities:
Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries
Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.
Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard company procedures and safety guidelines
Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.
Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems
Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project
Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract
Provide product training to end user and distributor
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)
Must have knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
Preferably possess own transport
