Car Sales Manager (Automobile/Automotive Industry)

Location : Macpherson/Tai Seng

Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + Up to $3000 Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:


Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.

Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.

Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.

Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.

Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.

Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.

Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.

Other ad-hoc activities as assigned

 


Requirements:


More than 6 years in the relevant field is required

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation and closing skills..

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
