Sales Manager (MUST HAVE Ship SPARE experience/ Marine Logistics) - ALL WELCOME

Location : Tanjong Penjuru

Working hours : 5.5 days work week; Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm/ Saturday 8:30am-12:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross salary Up to 7000 (Basic up to $5000 + Commission) + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + Company Mobile will be provided

Main Responsibilities:

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and through existing contacts.

Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities

Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets

Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new opportunities to pursue

Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients

Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up

Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

 Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year freight forwarding/shipping experience

 Proven SALES performance track record.

MUST HAVE Ship SPARE experience/ Marine Logistics

 Comfortable speaking to all levels of management.
