Job Description

Personal Assistant to CEO

Location:  Bukit Merah

Working hours: 5 Days Office Work Week (10am to 7pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 + Variable Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Medical

 


 


Responsibilities:


 


Provide comprehensive secretarial support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments and engagements.

Coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics for onsite or virtual gatherings.

Screen calls professionally, take accurate messages, and handle inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Arrange and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including visa processing and 

accommodations, for business and personal trips.

Execute various errands and provide event support as required.

Perform additional secretarial tasks according to established guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs and assist in ad-hoc tasks to facilitate efficient operations.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, conveying instructions and ensuring effective communication.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Any other duties as assigned by the CEO to support organizational goals and priorities.

 


 


Requirements:


 


Possess at least a diploma in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in executive support and administrative roles.

Team player with integrity and reliability.

Possess good interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
