Customer Service or Admin Assistant
Location : Near Bencoolen MRT
Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + Completion bonus + 12 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement
Duration : 1 year contract convertible permanent
Industry : Photoresists and semiconductor
Main Responsibilities:
Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
Order processing
Administration duties
Supply chain management duties (back up)
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
Possess good customer service & communication skills
PC literate: MS Office Applications-Excel , Words, PowerPoint and Adobe, ERP systems
Self-motivated, a team player and can work independently.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
