Sales Manager (Manufacturing - Electrical Wiring Devices/ Electrical Industry) - Up to $10k
Location : Joo Seng Road (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT - 13 minute walk)
Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $10,000 + Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Focused on the High Tech and clean/renewable energy OEM market, semiconductor and healthcare sectors.
Work in conjunction with the Head of APAC to develop and maximize all opportunities for the company in the region/markets sectors.
Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with key end users and business partners who will contribute to the overall success of the industry segment strategy in the region
Manage all projects in the region for the company brands and ensure all projects are coordinated and followed up with the relevant end users, EPC contractors, OEM contract manufacturers and distributors within the territory.
Maintain and develop route to market for brands via channel distribution, EPC contractors and OEM’s.
Provide training and support to end users, EPC contractors and distributors within the territory to sustain and develop their knowledge of our brands including any in house training that may be required.
Gather and communicate market trend and strategies in the territory.
Liaise with sales personnel and businesses in other regions as and when required.
Inform the product, management and; technical team on various requirements within the range of product/system including and not restricted to competitor activity, market demands and requirement and any potential installation changes as issued by end users.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferably engineering; with specialization in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience within a similar role.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry, with a focus on Electrical Wiring Devices preferred.
Regional experience in Asia is necessary.
Familiarity with the Asian market dynamics and customer preferences in the electrical sector.
Experience in Structured Cabling sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
