Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales enquiries, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating with customers, and following up on sales leads
Liaising with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure the smooth processing of sales orders and deliveries
Generating sales reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Nitec in any discipline
At least 1 - 2 years of sales support experience
