Job Scope:
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their tourism-related needs and requirements.
Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to showcase our company's products and services
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline
Collaborate with the wider team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a sales or consultative role, preferably within the tourism industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in using BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan).
A passion for the tourism industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
