Assistant Sales Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)
Location: Tuas (company transport provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 Basic Salary + $1,500 Transport Allowance + Commission + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave + Meal Allowance + Mobile Reimbursement

Main Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed
Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement
Leverage digital marketing channels to reach target audiences and drive online sales
Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
Possess own vehicle
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players is required
