Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of all AP, AR, GL transactions.
Assist in preparing and processing expense reports.
Generate and issue customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
Singaporeans only.
Possesses minimum a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related fields with understanding of Finance processes and experience with related systems.
Independent worker with good communication and interpersonal skills.
