Admin Assistant / Executive (Sales support/ Logistics/ Shipment) - Up to $3,500 - Beach Road
Location : Beach Road
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus + 14-20 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits + Yearly Full Health Screening

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Foreign Trade Executives and the Sales Team to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and service providers.
Prepare shipment advisories for suppliers and customers.
Raise invoices, packing lists, process shipping documents, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipping documents to customers.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and suppliers.
Keep internal records up to date.
Arrange payments to suppliers and service providers.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on invoicing and payment matters.
Monitor and track customers' payment statuses.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma Qualifications
Preferably with prior related experience
Training will be provided for those with no prior experience!
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
