Accountant Required in Singapore
Job Description
Accountant (Experienced in Manufacturing/Construction) – Up to $6,000
Location : Alexandra Road
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus + 12 – 14 Days of Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Metal Manufacturing - Well Established Company
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for full sets of accounts.
Prepare payments and staff reimbursements.
Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts monthly.
Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
Handling of GST Submission & Government Income Tax Submission
Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
Assist with financial and tax audits.
Respond to internal and external auditors on audit data, variances, and audit findings.
Requirements:
Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy with at 3 years of experience
Possess initiative and the ability to multitask
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Chinese speaking associate
