Admin Assistant (Customer Service)
Location: Bedok North
Working hours: 5.25 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm & alternate half Saturday)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus + Incentives + Staff meal provided

Main Responsibilities:
Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries/complaints through phone calls, online portal, emails etc
Generate catering orders and quotation
Liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/issues regarding catering orders
Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics/catering items
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is required
