Admin Assistant Required in Singapore


Job Description

Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Data Entry/Inventory) - Sin Ming

Location       : Sin Ming Lane (Bishan)

Working hours  : Monday to Friday/ 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2800 + Performance bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave

Duration        : Permanent

Industry        : Manufacturing

 


Main Responsibilities:


 


Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing

Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports

Attending to calls

Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.

 


Requirements:


 


NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
