Job Description

Learning Centre Receptionist/Admin (Student Services) - Toa Payoh/Braddell

Location : Toa Payoh (Braddell MRT)

Working hours : Mondays to Fridays - 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Health Benefits

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Education/Childcare/School

 


Main Responsibilities:


Assisting all functions of the Academic Services team to ensure the smooth running of the front office.

Ensure all enquiries on various platforms are answered

Managing the student registration and related processes to ensure students are fully enrolled and attendance are recorded.

Collecting fees, issuing receipts and submission of the application of training grants.

Assist in updating and compilation of reports

Assist in all administrative matters

Other ad-hoc activities as assigned


 


 


Requirements:


Min 'N' or 'O' Level

Relevant experience preferred

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
