Contract Admin/Support (SAP) - Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering
Location : Seletar Aerospace
Working hours : Monday - Friday Office Hours
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
Duration : 10 - 12 Months Contract

Main Responsibilities:
Analyze contracts and create summaries
Understand and communicate contractual exclusions to customers
Set up financial and computing management structures (SAP)
Manage pre-activation conditions (e.g., security deposits, insurance certificates)
Create necessary files for management and monitoring
Notify customers of contract activation
Manage invoicing, adjustments, and reconciliations
Handle customer inquiries and responsibilities (e.g., core unit returns, loss invoicing)
Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and improvement processes
Review global contract activities periodically
Notify customers of defaults or contractual breaches
Track fleet performance (e.g., flight hours, cycles, maintenance planning)
Monitor component removal rates, non-faulty findings, and standard exchange orders
Follow up on maintenance events (e.g., engine, landing gear, propeller maintenance)
Requirements:
Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent;
Proven experience in contract administration;
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Aerospace Industry, in close contact with airlines;
